Since January 1998 our school has been twinned with the Ecole Georges Brassens in Villeneuve les Beziers in the south of France.
The children in Y6 correspond in French with classes CM1 and CM2. They exchange letters, cards, presents and school newsletters.
The headteacher, Monsieur Fau, sends information about the village, local area and regional events for the pupils Geography project.
Villeneuve les Beziers is an old village built in 778 and it was originally known as Villanova. In 1631 it was renamed Villeneuve les Beziers. |
