Hepworth School was built in 1884, but has been extended twice as the village has grown. We have got lovely grounds and are continually looking for ways to develop these and to use them as much as possible. We are a school with 106 pupils split into four classes, witha teacher and teaching assistant in each class. We are also lucky enough to have lots of parents and friends helping in school.
EXTRA-CURRICULAR
ACTIVITIES
In addition to the range of activities the
children undertake during lessons, we offer a number of extra-curricular
activities. We also ensure there are a range of educational visits and
visitors coming into school to help provide a wealth of learning experiences
for the pupils. Some of these may change from year to year to reflect
new ideas and interests of puopils and staff or because of the season.
